Projects

Projects are customizable video templates built in Adobe After Effects. They give you full creative control to design animations, motion graphics, or video compositions that can be reused and rendered with dynamic content.

Whether you’re building something from scratch or adapting a previous project, a Project is your way to turn an After Effects composition into a flexible, repeatable template that works seamlessly with our platform.

Projects can be accessed on the Projects page.

FAQ

How to reduce project size?

Large project sizes can occur due to high-resolution assets like .MOV files. Try using proxy files, or link large videos as static parameters. You can also check out the section on optimizing After Effects projects for more tips.

How to optimize projects for faster renders?

Avoid unnecessarily high resolutions or frame rates. Use only what you need (e.g., 1080p @ 24fps instead of 4K @ 60fps). Render complex or effects-heavy pre-comps to intermediate files (like QuickTime ProRes or PNG sequences), and re-import them. Avoid stacking multiple heavy effects (like multiple blurs, glows, or displacement maps). 3D layers, lights, and shadows can be render-heavy. Avoid them unless necessary. Check out the After Effects best practices for more details.
